Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, International Harmonization of Medical Device Standards

"On 06/12/2024, the Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA) issued an update regarding 'Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, International Harmonization of Medical Device Standards'. The update aims to improve the quality and safety of domestic medical devices by aligning their standards with international norms. Specifically, five medical device standards, including biocompatible sutures and dental materials, have been revised to match international standards such as USP or EP."
