On April 12, 2024, the National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores, CNV) issued an update regarding New investment reporting regime. This new regulation applies to Agents of Liquidation and Compensation (ALyCs) and Agents of Negotiation (AN) regarding client investments with C.D.I. or C.I.E., requiring constant review, update, and maintenance of information, as well as due diligence from the Agents prior to executing orders or registering operations in authorized markets.
