On 30/11/2024, the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) issued an update regarding In consumer relations, the right to regret is guaranteed by law. According to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code (CDC), consumers have the right to regret a purchase made online within seven days without justification or additional costs, allowing them to return products or services without hassle, promoting a balanced relationship between consumers and companies in the digital market.
