"On November 29, 2024, the Department of Climate Change issued an update regarding Legislation passes for new Guarantee of Origin scheme. The Australian Government has passed the Future Made in Australia (Guarantee of Origin) Bill through Parliament to support the development of green industries by certifying renewable electricity and low-emissions products, such as hydrogen. This will help Australian producers remain competitive globally while promoting a reduction in emissions."
