"On November 26, 2024, the Reserve Bank of India issued an update regarding Six Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) surrendering their Certificate of Registration to RBI. This action was taken due to either exit from NBFI business or cessation as a legal entity through amalgamation/merger/dissolution/voluntary strike-off, etc., resulting in the cancellation of their CoR."
