"On November 20, 2024, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued an update regarding FAA Announces Next School for Enhanced Air Traffic-Collegiate Training Initiative Program". The FAA signed an agreement with Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University to become the next school for the Enhanced AT-CTI program. This initiative aims to strengthen the controller workforce and create a continuous pipeline of talent, ensuring the safety of the National Airspace System and the traveling public.
