"On June 01, 2024, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa published for public comment further draft amendments to its 2016 End-user and Subscriber Service Charter (“EUSSC”) Regulations. The proposed changes aim to improve consumer protection provisions while balancing consumer interests with market dynamics, addressing concerns around service bundle expiry rules, out-of-bundle rates, and rollover/transfer provisions."
