On December 14, 2020, the FCA imposed an asset requirement on MedDen. Craig Buchan and Martin Cooke, former partners of MedDen Financial Services LLP, were fined £6,037 and £6,020 respectively for recklessly breaching this requirement by withdrawing £9,292.36 from the firm's bank account for their own benefit, leaving no funds for customers owed redress.
