"On October 9, 2024, the National School of Administration (SNA) issued a decree (176/2024) implementing guidelines for accrediting institutions providing training. The regulation sets operational and implementative aspects for contracting authorities' qualification, with a new accreditation system to become effective after 15 days from issuance, as per Article 63 of the new Public Procurement Code."
