On September 28, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) concluded that aviation actors must collaborate in a new partnership to support rapid innovation. This collaboration aims to reduce emissions and ensure major sustainability milestones are reached while maintaining and improving aviation safety. The EASA Acting Executive Director announced plans to evolve ways of working within their existing framework and work with stakeholders on the "Designing EASA+" project, promoting an inclusive partnership for agile and global system innovation.
