SIyC and CNDC establish behavioural measures for the authorisation of the Avon/Natura merger

"On June 30, 2024, the National Commission for the Defence of Competition (CNDC) issued a recommendation to accept the agreement offered by Natura and Avon in the context of their global merger. The agreement includes a series of behavioural measures aimed at neutralizing the competition risks detected during the analysis of the notificated operation. These measures were adopted by the Secretary of Industry and Commerce, subordinating approval under Article 14, inc. (b), of the Competition Defence Law."
