"On "23/09/2024", the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding "Publication of a supplier FAQ - Guidelines for strengthening the protection of electricity and natural gas consumers". The CRE announced that by September 30, 2024, electricity and gas suppliers must commit to following these guidelines. A new FAQ is available to support suppliers in this commitment, which complements CRE Decision No. 2024-135 and accompanying documents."
