The CRE publishes two deliberations on the next window and the method of distributing ARENH volumes

On "30/10/2024", the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) issued an update regarding "The CRE publishes two deliberations on the next window and the method of distributing ARENH volumes". The CRE has published a first deliberation on the next window for access to nuclear electricity, updating Deliberation No. 2023-329 from October 26, 2023. A second deliberation addresses ARENH application management, including evaluation criteria and alert thresholds. Deliberation No. 2024-198 provides additional information on the update.
