"On "22/10/2024", the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority issued an update regarding "The ACPR and the AMF warn the public against the activities of several players who offer investments in Forex and crypto-asset derivatives in France without being authorized to do so". The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and l'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) have added 37 sites non-authorised in the category of Forex and 37 sites in the category of crypto-asset derivatives."
