On "11/10/2024", tensions on Praluent (alirocumab) affect all dosages: 75 mg, 150 mg, and 300 mg. Due to supply shortages of Praluent 300 mg in France, the manufacturer Sanofi Winthrop Industrie has increased supply of Praluent 150 mg. Pharmacists can now dispense two doses of Praluent 150 mg solution injectable without prior medical consultation if Praluent 300 mg is not available.
