"On "14/11/2024", the "Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)" issued an update regarding "Adult Portable Bed Rails Recalled Over Entrapment and Asphyxia Hazards". The CPSC has recalled over 200,000 adult portable bed rails due to entrapment and asphyxia hazards. The recalls, which are the 9th since 2021, impact more than 3 million units and have been associated with serious injuries from head, neck, or chest entrapment and 18 reported deaths.
