Brief

On 25 September 2023, European Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/2055 was issued to amend Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 regarding synthetic polymer microparticles under the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation. This amendment was submitted by Emma Hardy MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
