黑龙江出版集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长李久军被开除党籍来源：中央纪委国家监委网站发布时间： 2023-10-09 15:40 分享　　中央纪委国家监委网站讯据黑龙江省纪委监委消息：日前，经黑龙江省委批准，黑龙江省纪委监委对黑龙江出版集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长李久军严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。　　经查，李久军违反政治纪律，对抗组织审查，搞迷信活动；违反中央八项规定精神和廉洁纪律，违规收受礼金，违规购买和使用公务车辆；违反组织纪律，不按规定报告个人有关事项，在干部选拔任用等工作中为他人谋取利益并收受财物；违反廉洁纪律，违规从事营利活动；违反生活纪律；利用职务上的便利以及职权或地位形成的便利条件，在职工录用、职务晋升、工程项目和印刷业务承揽、图书发行等方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人巨额财物，涉嫌受贿犯罪。　　李久军身为国有企业党员领导干部，丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，不信马列信鬼神，欺瞒组织，对抗组织审查；无视中央八项规定精神，顶风违纪违法，违规收受礼金、购买并使用公务车辆；违背组织原则，把组织赋予的干部选拔任用权异化为谋取私利的工具；廉洁底线失守，靠企吃企，大肆敛财；道德败坏，严重损害所任职领域的政治生态。其行为已严重违纪违法，并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大乃至党的十九大、党的二十大后仍不收敛、不收手、不知止，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经黑龙江省纪委常委会会议研究并报省委批准，决定给予李久军开除党籍处分；按规定取消其享受的待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；将其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。（黑龙江省纪委监委）
