中国建设银行深圳市分行原党委副书记、副行长易景安被开除党籍来源：中央纪委国家监委网站发布时间： 2023-09-28 17:00 分享　　中央纪委国家监委网站讯据中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省纪委监委消息：日前，中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省青岛市监委对中国建设银行深圳市分行原党委副书记、副行长易景安严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。　　经查，易景安身为长期在金融领域工作的党员领导干部，丧失理想信念，背弃初心使命，对抗组织审查，搞迷信活动；无视中央八项规定精神，收受明显超出正常礼尚往来的礼金；组织观念淡薄，擅自延长在国境外期限、擅自变更出国境路线，在员工录用工作中违规为他人谋利；失守廉洁底线，安排信贷客户支付个人费用，“退而不休”、退休后违规在信贷客户企业任职取酬，长期占用公物归个人使用，无偿借用信贷客户大额钱款；违反生活纪律；利用职务上的便利，在贷款、融资等方面为他人谋取利益，非法收受巨额财物。　　易景安严重违反党的政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律、生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，在党的十九大后仍不知止，性质恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》等有关规定，经中国建设银行党委研究，决定给予易景安开除党籍处分，取消其相关退休待遇；收缴其违纪违法所得；经青岛市监委研究，决定将易景安涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。　　（中央纪委国家监委驻中国建设银行纪检监察组、山东省纪委监委）
