On September 21st, the National Institute of Intellectual Property (INPI) and the National Foundation of Quality (FNQ) held a meeting to launch the Excellence Management Model (MEG) implementation project at the Institute. No dia 21 de setembro, o INPI e a FundaÃ§Ã£o Nacional da Qualidade (FNQ) realizaram a reuniÃ£o que deu inÃcio ao projeto de implantaÃ§Ã£o do Modelo de ExcelÃªncia da GestÃ£o (MEG) no Instituto.

Por meio da metodologia de “AutoavaliaÃ§Ã£o Assistida”, o objetivo do projeto Ã© obter o diagnÃ³stico da maturidade da gestÃ£o com vistas Ã melhoria dos processos. O cronograma prevÃª, para dezembro de 2023, o workshop de elaboraÃ§Ã£o do Plano de Melhoria da GestÃ£o.

Participaram da reuniÃ£o, na sede do INPI, o presidente JÃºlio CÃ©sar Moreira e demais membros da AdministraÃ§Ã£o, e o presidente da FNQ,Â Ronald Dauscha, alÃ©m de, remotamente,Â Roberta Aquino e Giovana Sandrini, ambas da FNQ.

A FNQ atua em disseminaÃ§Ã£o, educaÃ§Ã£o, diagnÃ³stico e consultoria com foco na gestÃ£o voltada para a excelÃªncia e transformaÃ§Ã£o das organizaÃ§Ãµes do Brasil.
