The European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, EIOPA, and ESMA) hosted a public hearing webinar on January 23, 2024, to present the consultation paper on the second batch of policy products under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). The consultation, which runs until March 4, 2024, focuses on four draft regulatory technical standards, one set of draft implementing technical standards, and two sets of guidelines. The standards aim to establish a harmonized legal framework for ICT risk management, major ICT-related incident reporting, ICT third-party risk management, threat-led penetration testing, and oversight of critical ICT third-party service providers.
