Notice of biennial report on the situation of male and female staff

Summary:

The Italian Ministry of Labor and Social Policies is launching a telematic portal for the preparation of the biennial report on the situation of male and female employees in public and private companies with over 50 employees. The portal is available at https://servizi.lavoro.gov.it from June 3rd, 2024. Companies must submit the report for the period 2022-2023 by July 15th, 2024, using the revised electronic application to simplify the reporting process. The report's general compilation guidelines remain unchanged. Additionally, companies participating in public tenders that require the biennial report can submit a copy of the already presented report for the previous biennium (2020-2021) and integrate it with the new report by July 15th, 2024.
