The State Administration for Market Regulation issued a registration guide for special medical foods for amino acid metabolism disorders

2月12日，市场监管总局发布《氨基酸代谢障碍类特殊医学用途配方食品注册指南》（以下简称《指南》），优化注册管理要求，指导企业研发创新，提高注册申报效率，推动提升罕见病类特医食品可及性。氨基酸代谢障碍类罕见病包括苯丙酮尿症、枫糖尿症、丙酸血症/甲基丙二酸血症、酪氨酸血症、高胱氨酸尿症、戊二酸血症Ⅰ型、异戊酸血症、尿素循环障碍等类别。对氨基酸代谢障碍类特医食品患者呼声大、临床急需，市场监管总局已将此类产品纳入优先审评审批程序。《指南》严格依据《特殊医学用途配方食品注册管理办法》，明确产品中不能代谢氨基酸的限量以及必需（含半必需）氨基酸的含量，对于维生素、矿物质等其他营养成分，可根据适用人群营养需求适当调整。同时，在生产工艺、研发能力、生产能力、产品标签说明书等方面，《指南》也明确了相应技术要求，为企业申报相应产品提供翔实的全方位指导。
