　　2023年10月25日至28日，生态环境部副部长郭芳率团参加香港第十八届国际环保博览，并在开幕式致辞中表示，本次博览以“绿色跃动：创建零碳未来”为主题，彰显了香港特区政府推动绿色低碳转型发展的决心和定力，有助于粤港澳大湾区城市实现减污降碳协同增效，共同推进粤港澳美丽大湾区建设。中央政府驻港联络办，香港、澳门等地生态环境部门代表，以及生态环保产业界中外来宾共同参加环保博览开幕式。同期，出席亚洲环保会议，并主持建设“无废湾区”启动仪式。 　　活动期间代表团参加了《关于开展环境监测技术交流的合作安排》和《关于香港废弃物跨区倾倒管理工作合作安排》签署仪式，并前往新界东北堆填区和屯门填料库调研。
