中信银行原行长孙德顺受贿案一审宣判 来源：新华社 发布时间： 2023-11-10 19:00 分享 　　2023年11月10日，山东省济南市中级人民法院公开宣判中信银行原行长孙德顺受贿一案，以受贿罪判处被告人孙德顺死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产，在其死刑缓期执行二年期满依法减为无期徒刑后，终身监禁，不得减刑、假释；对孙德顺受贿犯罪所得及其孳息依法予以追缴，上缴国库。 　　经审理查明：2003年至2019年，被告人孙德顺先后利用担任工商银行北京市分行副行长，交通银行北京市分行行长，中信银行副行长、行长等职务上的便利，为有关企业在获取贷款等事项上提供帮助，非法收受财物折合人民币9.795亿余元。 　　济南市中级人民法院认为，被告人孙德顺的行为构成受贿罪。孙德顺受贿数额特别巨大，犯罪情节特别严重，社会影响特别恶劣，使国家和人民利益遭受特别重大损失，论罪应当判处死刑。鉴于孙德顺归案后如实供述罪行，认罪悔罪，积极退赃，受贿所得财物及其孳息已全部查扣到案，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，对其判处死刑，可不立即执行。同时，根据孙德顺犯罪的事实和情节，决定在其死刑缓期执行二年期满依法减为无期徒刑后，终身监禁，不得减刑、假释。法庭遂作出上述判决。
