“红通人员”、原山西省质监局局长常高才回国投案 来源：中央纪委国家监委网站 发布时间： 2023-12-14 17:00 分享 中央纪委国家监委网站 王卓 “红通人员”、原山西省质监局局长常高才回国投案 　　近日，在中央反腐败协调小组国际追逃追赃工作办公室统筹协调下，经山西省纪委监委扎实工作，“红通人员”、外逃职务犯罪嫌疑人常高才回国投案。 　　常高才，男，1957年1月出生，原山西省质量技术监督局党组书记、局长，涉嫌职务犯罪，于2019年外逃。2019年9月，山西省纪委监委对其立案审查调查。2022年4月，国际刑警组织对其发布红色通报。办案机关已依法查封、扣押、冻结其涉案财物。 　　中央追逃办负责人表示，常高才回国投案，是纪检监察机关贯彻落实党的二十大精神和中央纪委二次全会部署、持续开展“天网行动”的重要成果。海外不是法外，外逃永远没有出路。我们将持续深化反腐败国际合作，坚持有逃必追、一追到底，奉劝外逃人员认清形势、放弃顽抗，尽早回国投案，争取宽大处理。
