广发银行广银理财原党委副书记、监事长、纪委书记亓艳被“双开” 来源：中央纪委国家监委网站 发布时间： 2023-12-15 16:00 分享 　　 中央纪委国家监委网站讯 据中央纪委国家监委驻中国人寿纪检监察组、辽宁省纪委监委消息：日前，中央纪委国家监委驻中国人寿纪检监察组、辽宁省抚顺市清原县监委对广发银行广银理财有限责任公司原党委副书记、监事长、纪委书记亓艳严重违纪违法问题进行了纪律审查和监察调查。 　　 经查，亓艳理想信念丧失，目无党纪国法，无视中央八项规定精神和廉洁自律规定，违规收受礼品礼金，违规向公职人员亲属赠送礼品；不正确履行职责，在项目集中采购评审工作中违规帮助相关企业中标；违反生活纪律，影响公职人员形象；利用职务便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受巨额财物。 　　亓艳严重违反党的廉洁纪律、工作纪律和生活纪律，构成严重职务违法并涉嫌受贿犯罪，且在党的十八大后不收敛、不收手，性质严重，影响恶劣，应予严肃处理。依据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》《中华人民共和国监察法》《中华人民共和国公职人员政务处分法》《国有企业领导人员廉洁从业若干规定》等有关规定，经中央纪委国家监委驻中国人寿纪检监察组研究，由广发银行党委给予亓艳开除党籍、开除公职处分；收缴其违纪违法所得；由辽宁省抚顺市清原县监委将其涉嫌职务犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物一并移送。 　　 （中央纪委国家监委驻中国人寿纪检监察组、辽宁省纪委监委）

检察机关依法对崔茂虎涉嫌受贿案提起公诉 来源：新华社 发布时间： 2023-12-15 10:05 分享 　　记者15日从最高人民检察院获悉，中央统战部原副部长、国家宗教事务局原局长崔茂虎涉嫌受贿一案，由国家监察委员会调查终结，经最高人民检察院指定，由辽宁省沈阳市人民检察院审查起诉。近日，沈阳市人民检察院已向沈阳市中级人民法院提起公诉。　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人崔茂虎享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人崔茂虎，听取了辩护人的意见。检察机关起诉指控：被告人崔茂虎利用担任云南省委组织部副部长、云南省丽江市委书记、云南省副省长等职务上的便利以及职权或者地位形成的便利条件，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
