北京通报5起违反中央八项规定精神典型问题 来源：中央纪委国家监委网站 发布时间： 2024-02-02 20:20 分享 中央纪委国家监委网站讯 春节假期将至，为进一步严明纪律要求，强化教育警示，北京市纪委监委对查处的5起违反中央八项规定精神典型问题进行公开通报。 1.政协北京市延庆区委员会原党组成员、副主席陈桂芬违规收受礼品、接受美容活动安排问题。2017年至2022年，陈桂芬收受私营企业主给予的金条、高档女包，多次接受私营企业主提供的美容活动安排。陈桂芬还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，涉嫌犯罪问题被移送司法机关依法审查起诉。 2.原市劳动保障监察总队队长董小华接受可能影响公正执行公务的宴请、接受高消费娱乐活动，酒后驾驶机动车问题。2023年12月1日晚，董小华接受某人才服务公司负责人宴请，之后，又接受某投资公司负责人安排的高消费娱乐活动并饮酒。次日晨，董小华因酒后驾驶机动车被公安机关查获，并处行政拘留。董小华受到留党察看一年、政务撤职处分。 3.市文化和旅游局市场管理二处处长乔剑平接受管理和服务对象宴请、违规收受礼品问题。2023年6月，乔剑平接受为市场管理二处提供项目服务的某信息咨询公司有关负责人的宴请；2021年12月，收受其赠送的野山参一盒。此外，2022年10月，乔剑平接受市旅游行业协会有关负责人宴请，费用由市旅游行业协会支付。乔剑平受到党内警告处分。 4.东城区和平里街道综合行政执法队原队长寇文军违规收受加油卡、礼品等问题。2018年至2023年，寇文军多次收受辖区企业某商贸公司负责人赠送的加油卡、手机、茶叶、酒等礼品。寇文军受到党内严重警告处分。 5.朝阳区卫生健康监督所原副所长、区卫生健康委员会医政医管科原科长徐果违规收受礼金、购物卡问题。2016年至2023年，徐果多次收受辖区内多家民营医疗机构以节礼、探病慰问等名义给予的礼金、购物卡。徐果还存在其他违纪问题，受到留党察看一年、政务撤职处分。 （北京市纪委监委）
