12月3日，市场监管总局举行国家工作人员宪法宣誓仪式。总局党组书记、局长罗文监誓，总局党组成员、副局长孟扬主持宣誓仪式。总局新任命的司处级领导干部和一级、二级巡视员共53人依法进行宪法宣誓，作出忠于宪法、忠于祖国、忠于人民的庄严承诺。罗文勉励新任职干部把誓言转化为实干与实绩，不忘初心、牢记使命，勤勉履职、不负人民，以昂扬饱满的工作热情和踏实勤奋的工作作风，为新时代市场监管事业改革发展贡献智慧和力量。宪法宣誓仪式后，举行新任命干部集体廉政谈话。罗文强调，开展集体廉政谈话，既是贯彻落实习近平总书记关于全面从严治党重要论述的实际行动，也是加强干部教育管理的一项具体举措，要求新任职干部旗帜鲜明讲政治，自觉做政治坚定的“明白人”；胸怀大局讲服从，自觉做听从指挥的“老实人”；真抓实干讲担当，自觉做干事创业的“有为人”；慎终如始讲初心，自觉做人民群众的“贴心人”；拒腐防变讲廉洁，自觉做严以律己的“干净人”；勤以修身讲道德，自觉做品行端正的“正派人”，督促新任职干部守牢廉洁底线，高标准严要求履职担当，不辜负党和人民的重托，不辜负总局党组的期望，在新的岗位上不断取得新成绩、作出新贡献。廉政谈话由孟扬主持，驻总局纪检监察组组长、总局党组成员林国耀出席。
